The main goal of this stage is the development of your investment project to the stage of readiness for construction (Ready to Build). We accompany and advise in the process of solving all issues related to the selection of the necessary land plot, changing its purpose, obtaining town planning conditions and restrictions (MBUiO). We analyze and assist in obtaining the necessary technical conditions for connection to external engineering networks (electrical networks, distribution gas networks, HTS networks).

We develop the necessary engineering and design and estimate documentation, undergo an examination, obtain permission to start preparatory and construction works.

We develop detailed project and estimate documentation for the construction of your bioenergy project. We create drawings of the master plan, structures and necessary solutions, as well as form estimate documentation to determine the cost of construction.

Pro-Energy undertakes the full cycle of supplying technological equipment for your project. We will ensure the selection, quality control and timely delivery of equipment, guaranteeing compliance with the technical requirements of your project. All you have to do is get ready-to-use equipment at the construction site.

We perform a full list of specific and general construction works: starting with the preparation of the construction site, earthworks, installation of reinforced concrete and metal structures and ending with territory planning and landscaping. In addition, we install technological equipment, lay engineering communications, and also provide continuous quality control and monitoring.

For Pro-Energy projects, we carry out several stages of commissioning and debugging work and help put the equipment into operation.

We perform "cold" tests of technological equipment by component and I/O testing of the technological process automation system. After that, we proceed to "hot" tests of the technology, making final improvements.

We also conduct final facility performance tests and train your staff to properly use the equipment.

The Pro-Energy team provides scheduled and unscheduled service maintenance of technological equipment, as well as access to remote support 24/7.
