The company approached us with the task of providing an alternative energy supply for its production facilities and reducing costs for electricity and heating.

Given the unstable energy supply and rising tariffs, energy self-sufficiency and cost predictability have become critical for manufacturing.

The project involved the implementation of a "turnkey" solution, covering all stages from design to commissioning.

Connecting to the gas networks presented a particular challenge: due to difficulties on the part of the gas distribution system operator, there was a delay in commissioning the equipment, which highlighted the importance of a comprehensive approach to implementing such projects.

Specifications of the combined heat and power plant

Thermal output: up to 1045 kW (at 100% load)

Overall efficiency: up to 89.4%

Solution

The project was implemented using the AVUS 1000 Plus (2G) cogeneration unit, which enables the simultaneous generation of electricity and heat to meet the company’s needs.

The implemented solution enables:
• ensure a stable energy supply for production;
• reduce electricity and heating costs;
• to improve the company’s overall energy efficiency;
• reduce dependence on external energy sources.

The project was carried out on a "turnkey" basis, which meant that the Pro-Energy team bore full responsibility for the outcome at every stage.

During the design phase, a technical solution was developed that took into account the specific nature of the company’s production processes and energy consumption. The preparation of design documentation, supply of equipment, installation, and commissioning were carried out in accordance with 2G’s manufacturer standards, ensuring the plant’s stable operation and achieving the design parameters.
