Request

The client had already invested in a combined heat and power plant, having purchased the equipment from our partner, 2G, and was looking for a reliable partner to commission it.

The key challenge was not simply to carry out the installation, but to ensure the system could be brought online quickly within the existing retail premises, where any power supply disruptions directly affect tenants, day-to-day operations, and revenue.

Further constraints were the tight deadlines and the need to work with equipment that had already been purchased, which required strict adherence to the manufacturer’s technical specifications.

Conclusion

The project resulted in the implementation of a practical distributed generation model at a commercial property, enabling the client to monitor energy consumption, improve operational reliability, and reduce the impact of external factors.

This case study demonstrates Pro-Energy’s ability to rapidly integrate cogeneration solutions into existing facilities — in compliance with the manufacturer’s standards, within a short timeframe, and without disrupting the client’s operations.
