Biography

Malvina Shynkarchuk is an environmental and process engineer at Pro-Energy, where she has been involved in the development and implementation of projects in the fields of biogas, biomethane, and cogeneration for over ten years. She holds a PhD in biotechnology and bioengineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine “KPI” and is the author of numerous scientific papers and a patent in the field of bioenergy.

Her portfolio includes more than 15 projects in Ukraine, including the construction of biogas plants with a total capacity of over 3 MW, participation in major infrastructure programs, and the development of environmental documentation for agricultural and industrial businesses. She specializes in technical and economic calculations, the design of technological processes, and the preparation of documentation for EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) procedures.

Her professional work combines scientific expertise with practical experience—ranging from laboratory research on wastewater treatment in China to the development of comprehensive waste management solutions in Ukraine. Malvina is convinced that bioenergy is the key to the country’s energy independence and sustainable business development.
