Biography

Vladimir Kononchuk — Deputy Director of Pro-Energy, a project manager with more than 10 years of experience in the energy, cooling, and ventilation systems sectors.

He graduated from Kryvyi Rih National University, where he earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in “Refrigeration, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.”

In his work, he combines deep technical expertise with management skills. Under his leadership, a number of projects in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy have been implemented, particularly in collaboration with international financial and technical organizations, including AFRY Ukraine.

He specializes in the modernization of heating systems, the preparation of technical documentation, the development of design solutions, and the implementation of comprehensive solutions for businesses and communities.

His work helps clients improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and adopt modern sustainability standards.
