Biography

Ruslan Delidon — Director and Managing Partner of Pro-Energy, one of Ukraine’s leading experts in the field of bioenergy. He has over 20 years of experience in the development, design, and implementation of biogas, biomethane, and cogeneration facilities.

Under his leadership, more than 10 projects have been implemented in collaboration with international financial institutions, including the EBRD, NEFCO, and USAID. The largest project—a 3.12 MW biogas complex—has become a showcase case for Ukraine’s agricultural sector.

Ruslan specializes in providing comprehensive project support—from concept to commissioning, including obtaining permits, design, equipment supply, and commissioning work. His guiding principles are transparency, delivering on promises, and building long-term partnerships with clients.
